I really enjoy this service. Obviously I can't speak for everybody's experience, but mine was amazing. The app itself is well-made and functional. I enjoy how minimal it is for a medical app. You're not going to get lost navigating pages with huge blocks of text. All in all ive been using zoom care and this app for about a year and it's been well worth it.

In the past four months I've attempted to schedule appointments for myself in this app that never actually made it onto the Zoom care schedule despite the app confirming my appointment. I've driven to appointments that generated in my Google calendar despite never existing on the providers schedule. Help team says this is a known issue, no info about a fix.

This app does not work. Every time I try to use it it freezes and shuts out of the app. I've tried reinstalling multiple times to no luck. It shouldn't be so hard just to make an appointment.
