This ride-booking service has been smooth and reliable every time I've used it. The interface is simple, making it easy to book a ride in just a few taps. Driver updates are clear, and the overall experience feels fast and convenient. I also appreciate the dark mode and multilingual support, which make it more comfortable to use. It would be great to see more payment methods and expanded service areas in the future, but overall it's a dependable option that I would happily recommend.

In my opinion, it's a great app but a little glitchy. If there were more drivers and the interface glitches were fixed, it'd be a great app for cabs.

This app only does one thing right. Lower priced trips. However, the app is low grade, often crashes recently, and their customer service is the worst ever. In fact, good luck with any of your complaints getting resolved. This should be a 5-star rating, but with all the troubles attached to using this low-priced service, in the end, it might not be worth it. So I shouldn't even be rating it at all, but I believe that with a little improvement on the above listed, this could be a great app.

Scam. You'll be waiting for your driver who will never move, and they'll charge you a cancellation fee. Not worth the headache.

Deceptive Pricing & Unfair Fees — Avoid! "This app is a total scam. First, the pricing is completely inconsistent; I had to refresh multiple times because a $10 ride kept jumping to $13 and $14 for no reason. Once I finally booked, the driver—who was supposedly 5 minutes away—added another passenger's route on top of mine. My 5-minute wait turned into 20 minutes because the app made me 'secondary.' Since the destination was only a 5-minute drive away, it made no sense to wait 20 minutes.

I got charged 6 bucks for cancelation fee. Its 100 percent of the original fare and It's not right. Also, when driver cancelled the ride, RIDER GETS CHARGED/Penalized.
