Prices are cheaper than Uber, but the app is quite glitchy. However, customer support was excellent via SMS messages. This will be a 5-star app once the glitches are addressed.

I got charged 6 bucks for cancelation fee. Its 100 percent of the original fare and It's not right. Also, when driver cancelled the ride, RIDER GETS CHARGED/Penalized.

Deceptive Pricing & Unfair Fees — Avoid! "This app is a total scam. First, the pricing is completely inconsistent; I had to refresh multiple times because a $10 ride kept jumping to $13 and $14 for no reason. Once I finally booked, the driver—who was supposedly 5 minutes away—added another passenger's route on top of mine. My 5-minute wait turned into 20 minutes because the app made me 'secondary.' Since the destination was only a 5-minute drive away, it made no sense to wait 20 minutes.

This app only does one thing right. Lower priced trips. However, the app is low grade, often crashes recently, and their customer service is the worst ever. In fact, good luck with any of your complaints getting resolved. This should be a 5-star rating, but with all the troubles attached to using this low-priced service, in the end, it might not be worth it. So I shouldn't even be rating it at all, but I believe that with a little improvement on the above listed, this could be a great app.
