Nice bike rental associated with Hilton West Palm Beach hotel. Bikes ride well. Using the zebra app bike removal and return is very simple. The best part is two hours were provided complimentary provided by hotel.

Good ride. Bike needed a little oil as it squeaked. Instructions for lock were a little confusing...need to take ulock out of holder to enable key...otherwise great

Same issue months later. When I try to create an account on the android app, I can enter first and last name but when it gets to email screen, it won't let me type anything in, so I can't register an account.

The bike was decent, but it is essentially an overpriced digital bike rental without a bike-share option. So instead of allowing you to leave it temporarily at another Zebra station to save on the cost, you are charged continuously through the day. I chose to rent for the 12 hour option - if you return it 5 minutes late, it charges you for an additional 12 hours!! Would not recommend
