I have severe difficulty in falling asleep some nights, so bad that occasionally I'm up for 36 hours because I could not fall asleep at all. Also, I've never been able to be hypnotized but last night I tried this app for the first time and within minutes of completing the First session I was asleep. Some nights it's pain that keeps me awake, and some nights it's my brain that won't wind down and allow me to rest and last night both were preventing me from getting to sleep until I tried this app.

Works but free version sucks. All options are blocked. You can not do anything but play and stop. You have bought each app for access to get access just to rewind. Seems greedy when they claim to want to help. Not even free trial to see if blocked options are worth purchase.

Bottom line is if you have chronic pain that doesn't let up like ive had for almost 20 years, the only real help is pain management.

Rubbish! You have to listen to a long speech at the beginning about how to use the app. I uninstalled it before the end. I prefer apps that get straight to the point. When a person is in agony they want an app to do what it says, not go on and on about settings. I will never try this one again

Terrible. Bored listening to the instructions. couldn't move on to try it out. Everything I hit to move it on advised I was only listening to the free version, and I would have to pay to hear anything else. Never got past instructions. Also advertising the best headphones for listening and even brought you straight to Amazon to buy them at a cost of €95. There are plenty of free apps which give you lots of free choices to try them encouraging one to buy.
