It really helps to alleviate pain during the night, to promote restful sleep. Use it at least once per day for at least 30 days to start feeling the relief. It does work wonders.

I've been using this app for several years on nights when I can't fall asleep or stay asleep. I have health issues and will not take any type of medication. This app helps me fall asleep almost immediately, and I wake up feeling rested. Definitely 5 stars!

I'm in the 4th week post total knee replacement, so I feel qualified to comment on pain 😬. I am skeptical by nature. My Doctor son(GP) suggested I consider hypnosis for pain management. As I seem to have no shortage of pain I thought it was worth a go. So to dip my toe in the water I paid for this app. To my surprise it seems very helpful. I still have some skepticism to overcome, but that's to do with my thinking not the app. Getting in tune with my body and mind makes sence.

Terrible. Bored listening to the instructions. couldn't move on to try it out. Everything I hit to move it on advised I was only listening to the free version, and I would have to pay to hear anything else. Never got past instructions. Also advertising the best headphones for listening and even brought you straight to Amazon to buy them at a cost of €95. There are plenty of free apps which give you lots of free choices to try them encouraging one to buy.

Works but free version sucks. All options are blocked. You can not do anything but play and stop. You have bought each app for access to get access just to rewind. Seems greedy when they claim to want to help. Not even free trial to see if blocked options are worth purchase.

Bottom line is if you have chronic pain that doesn't let up like ive had for almost 20 years, the only real help is pain management.
