Your entries stay on your device. No account is required. There are no ads, analytics SDKs, developer-operated servers, or iCloud sync. Export your information when you choose, protect private entries with device authentication, or delete all app data from Settings.

CALM GUIDANCE, ON DEVICE
Choose a soft female or male Apple voice for supported breathing and grounding cues. The app prefers a higher-quality Apple voice when one is installed and falls back gracefully to an available system voice. No external narration service is used.
