ClearBill: Invoice Maker

Create invoices, estimates and payment receipts as clear PDFs. ClearBill is built for freelancers, contractors and small businesses who want to prepare their paperwork without creating an account.

FROM CLIENT TO PDF
Save clients and frequently used products or services. Add line items, dates and discounts, then preview a finished PDF to share or print. Turn an accepted estimate into an invoice and record payments you have received.

WORK OFFLINE
Your records are stored on this device by default. Creating and viewing documents does not require an internet connection. Sharing through another app or saving to a cloud folder may require a connection.

MAKE IT YOURS
Choose a PDF layout, add your business logo or signature image, and include photos or your own payment link and QR code. Use multiple currencies and custom tax labels and rates. Create complete PDFs in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese or Japanese. Set your business region, document language, currency and date format separately. Choose taxes per item, control rounding and reuse your bank details.

KEEP YOUR RECORDS
Export PDFs, CSV files, a complete JSON backup or a ZIP archive. Save backups with Files and restore from JSON. Saved documents and exports remain available after you use the included 10 document creations; deleting a document does not reset that allowance.

No registration or advertising. Apple handles in-app payments. RevenueCat verifies purchases using an anonymous app identifier and purchase history. Your document content is not sent to RevenueCat. Internet is required to buy or restore; creating documents and exports work offline.

LANGUAGE AND SCOPE
The app interface supports English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese. ClearBill creates PDF documents and records payments manually; it does not process payments or submit tax returns. It does not transmit government e-invoices. This release stores records locally; automatic cross-device iCloud sync is not enabled.
