PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your claims, evidence, and photos live on your iPhone. There is no account and nothing is uploaded to a server. The state reference runs on your device, drawn from publicly available regulations. Face ID lock is available in Settings. Dealward is designed exclusively for iPhone.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends unless auto-renewal is off at least 24 hours prior. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. The annual plan includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
DATA STORAGE NOTICE
Dealward stores all data locally on your iPhone, including photos. Beyond the Chargeback Defense PDF you generate, there is no built-in export, import, or backup, and no DMS or cloud connection. Your data is included in standard iOS Backups (iCloud Backup or Finder) when enabled. If you delete Dealward without an iOS Backup available, your claims and photos will be permanently lost.
