TouchDumbbell: Workout Streak

Most fitness apps take your word for it. TouchDumbbell asks for proof.

Pick up a dumbbell, snap one photo and AI confirms your check-in. Your streak grows, your friends see you show up, and every verified session earns XP and forges your next dumbbell.

HOW IT WORKS
• Check in wherever you train: take a quick photo holding a dumbbell
• AI checks the photo in seconds
• Start the workout timer and log sets, reps and kg or lb, plus duration and distance sets
• Finish, rate your mood and energy, and collect your XP
• Edit past workouts any time

THE DUMBBELL FORGE
• 16 collectible 3D dumbbells, forged by your verified training time
• Climb the forge ladder from Cast Iron to Diamond Crystal, and earn single-session dumbbells with your longest workouts
• Equip your favorite and see what share of athletes own each one

BUILD A STREAK YOU WON'T BREAK
• Daily check-ins build your workout streak
• Weekly skip credits for real rest days, so one day off doesn't reset everything
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets keep your streak in sight
• A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island follows your workout as you train

TRAIN WITH A PLAN
• Starter programs built from your answers: goal, schedule, experience and equipment (full gym, dumbbells at home or bodyweight only)
• 300+ exercises with illustrated movement guides
• Build your own programs with target sets and reps for every exercise
• Rest timer between sets
• Workout journal with a monthly calendar and charts; edit or delete any entry

LEVEL UP EVERY MUSCLE
• Earn XP and level up with every verified workout
• Muscle ranks for chest, back, shoulders, arms, core and legs, from Bronze to Olympian
• 3D medals in six tiers, from Iron to Diamond, in your own trophy room

BETTER WITH FRIENDS
• See today's check-ins from your friends as stories
• Send a nudge when someone is about to miss a day
• Global and friends leaderboards ranked by XP

NUTRITION AND BODY (AI ESTIMATES)
• Snap a meal to estimate calories and macros: protein, carbs and fat
• AI body scan estimates body fat and muscle trends from a photo
• Weight log with progress charts

APPLE HEALTH
With your permission, TouchDumbbell reads steps, walking and running distance, active energy and exercise time from Apple Health to show your daily activity.

FOCUS MODE
Pick the apps to block, and iOS Screen Time keeps them locked until you finish your workout.

TOUCHDUMBBELL PLUS
TouchDumbbell is free to download. Workout tracking, streaks, XP, muscle ranks and the Dumbbell Forge run on verified check-ins, which are part of TouchDumbbell Plus (free trial available). Plus includes:
• Daily AI photo check-ins, which start every workout
• Workout timer with set, rep and kg/lb logging
• Workout streak and weekly skip credits
• XP, levels, muscle ranks and 3D medals
• Dumbbell Forge: 16 collectible 3D dumbbells forged from your verified training time
• AI body scan
• Up to 7 AI meal scans per day
• XP from your daily steps
• Multi-day activity history with charts
• Focus Mode

Without Plus, you can still add friends and see the leaderboard, browse the exercise library, build programs (starting them needs Plus) and use 2 AI meal scans per day.

Meal and body scan results are AI estimates for general fitness tracking. They are not medical advice. Check with a doctor before making changes to your diet or training.
