The new Money 118118 Credit Card App is Fantastic. Massive improvement on the old one it's better than Aqua Card who in my opinion had the best Credit Card App now you can freeze & unfreeze your card, order a new one if its lost/stolen. Awesome something I've been asking customer services for over a year. Two gripes. Maybe an opinion for damaged cards & when setting a transaction limit you can only use the slider bar & it took 2 minutes to get the figure I wanted Maybe the option to type it in.

Absolute rubbish. Every 2nd log in had to keep resetting passcode. Now I can't even log in won't recognize password. Have used the e-mail link to reset password only to get an online web page. Reset the password and guess what? Yep, the app doesn't recognize the new password. I just keep going around in circles. This is by far the worst banking app. I'm forced to give it 1 star. If I could, it would be zero. As I've cleared my account I will now be closing it.

Awful company, awful service. Paid my monthly installment on my card then out of nowhere they try to take the money a second time leaving my bank account in arrears. The chat in the app is useless as the queue is horrendous and every time get to within 5th position in the Q the chat just says it has ended. You ring them and doesn't tell you a queue number bit after 10 mins I started fretting over my phone bill and had to hang up. Avoid this card/company at all costs it almost feels like a scam.
