The app is not as good as it used to because they keep increasing the price of data now is even better to buy data directly from network providers

I have done a transfer from POS to your Zenith bank account in others to credit my wallet. 31st of August 2020, and a call the Customer care in which they instructed me how to go about the confirmation from the department which will confirm my payment. From that day till now I haven't gotten my wallet credited. I have send my airtime in calling them till didn't pick my calls. Even when picked they will repeat the same words. I will tell people how incompetent you towards Customer.
