We've used the same reliable cab firm for a while, so it made sense to download this app. Not used it yet, but the interface is good, and it looks a more efficient way of ordering a cab (than phoning in a busy airport) so will definitely be using it next time.

The app used to work great, but now it keeps crashing. It can't connect to the server and won't open on the home page. All you can do is View previous bookings

Ordered a cab app said 10 minutes after half an hour still no cab I then called to be told by the operator I have to wait another half an hour so basically 1 hour wait for a cab.... um no!!

This was my favorite way to book cabs and the drivers were always friendly. However, for some reason, since lockdown ended, I haven't been to use it because it constantly crashes. I'd love it to get sorted. Pleeeeeeez!!
