I have used 3bb internet for approx 12 years and have been more than happy until this year 2024 their reliability is a joke customer service and technical service are almost non-existent I have lost count of technical problems it now is almost a weekly occurrence I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere because it cannot possibly get worse or can it I wait with bated breath avoid this company they do not care about their customers

Before it was ok, now it FORCE me to update every 7 days, why? After updating, the app kick me out, and I have to reset everything to get in and have it working, but still OVERLOADED with advertisements, not easy to work with it anymore. 😟 I am considering to change to another internet provider. 😔 Edit: updated 03 June, today is 14 June, get FORCED to update again 😡
