If you're on the fence, give it a shot. I was apprehensive after switching back to Android and losing the app I was using. There's another app that I feel is better, but I just can't bring myself to pay $10 for it. This app you set your weights, and you can click each set which will put a checkmark on it, so you don't lose where you're at. It will allow you to adjust your weights after reload week. Uncheck whatever workouts you don't want to add weight to then +/- the ones you do. Great app. Simple.

Great app! Workout timer, logs, graphs, reasonable interface. Things I'd love: - Would be nice to see if the last workout was a 5, 3 or 5/3/1 day without going into the log - Saving additional sets into the log would be nice, too. - Automatic sync with Google Drive would be so sweet - Option to make all the graphs use the same time frame, regardless of data points for that exercise - Show top set/date on each data point on graph when clicked

Why is there no calendar or tracking like in IOS version? It should have that or there's no point in having the app. I wasted ten doars after switching to android but it isn't optimized
