I use this app frequently and find it simple and straightforward to use. It does occasionally log me out, and I have to put in all my details again, which is not ideal when I'm at the checkout, holding people up because it's taking so long to log back in.

Seamless switch from 3 (wanted to increase by 16%), went live five days ago with my number ported. Clear info and guidance from Asda during the switch. Needed some info this morning, rang 2732, speaking to real person in 30 secs. App seems to be working just fine. Looking forward to checking out the mini roam facility in a few weeks! And also the data rollover due tomorrow! Am on Sim only 5 mB pay monthly £4.50. How do they do it? Can it last? Hope so 🤞🤞

Deserves ZERO stars, as totally useless app... it just doesn't work! The only way to get any online functionality from Asda Mobile is to log in to the Asda Mobile website via a browser...luckily that still works!!

Awful experience with this app. Part of the reason I'm considering leaving Asda mobile. It doesn't recognize my login details. Doesn't recognize my current bundle (whereas online it does), it didn't give me confirmation that my new bundle had been activated, it didn't notify me that my PAC code had been accepted... the list goes on. You would expect so much more from an established brand like Asda Mobile. This app needs serious investment, or they'll lose customers.
