At first, the product looks impressive, but after using it, the problems become obvious. 1. The mopping pads do not get wet properly. 2. After mapping, the robot often fails to go to the selected room or location. 3. Customer support is terrible. I reported these issues within two days of purchase, sent multiple emails, and made several calls, but received no response. It has been almost 2 months with no call received from the company. I send five emails 3 calls no reply. I have 2 years warranty

My Eco vac is pathetic, the dust bin blocks so easily and when it's full the robotic just keeps on going and spreads dust and dirt everywhere. It's only suitable for a house that is already clean. It really needs a sensor to tell it to empty itself when the dust bin is full. Also, the app text is so tiny that it can barely be read, and it needs a Dark Mode option.
