The suction and dirt it picks up is amazing! Fine dust that any other vacuum we own doesn't pick up, my only issue is if it struggles in an area it continues to mess around in that area instead of moving on. It also sometimes just stops in one spot and dies not giving any indication it's in trouble and It's nowhere near any obstacles. Overall its amazing but as far as problem-solving its lacking in that department. don't think we have to worry about a terminator situation any time soon

I am SO happy I bought this. We have a dog that loves to go out and play in the yard. Keeping the floor clean used to be a never ending job. Now, I just let the Roomba take care of it every day. Scheduled to run while we are at work. I get to come home to a clean floor. It matters!

I've got 2 Roomba and my new third one requires this app. Not as easy to use as the original. There is no obvious way to get my new Roomba to start a new job. I already regret not trying a new brand

Terrible. This new Roomba is a slack-off, aka junk. I have to spend two hours of my time (accumulated) every week finding it and putting it on the charger or reconnecting it to the internet. The only time it does anything is when I manually make it do something, and then I still have to follow it around. The way I have to micromanage it negates all practicality for being called home automation. Stupid program. Start over!!! (I expect my return label and reimbursement in the mail.)

This app is garbage. Its extremely buggy, the vacuum won't allow me to select a room to clean because it says the mop pad has to be installed, and it IS installed. Tried rebooting the vacuum, the app, got somebody in the chat from tech support tried to explain the problem and provided pictures of what I was dealing with and the guy just left the chat. No answer, no assistance, just dipped. As expensive as these vacuums are I had hoped it would at least work

The app often times feels unresponsive, smart maps are bugged, you also can't delete a room to correct the map made by the robot in 2026 why?
