Very easy to navigate. I wish I would have known how easy it is because I've missed tons of appointments due to transportation issues. Now I can finally start getting my health issues under control. Thank you Humana and Access2Care!! God Bless🙏☺️

Love it, can schedule on a moment notice as long as it's in 48 hours in advance. Love it I have Molina healthcare and this ride care service is great.

Great app. I love being able to set up my rides through this app., it makes it easier than having to call and set the ride's up...

This app is worthless. Both the wife and I have tried using it on several occasions to schedule rides to Dr appts. My wife uses a wheelchair to get around, and it shows on the app that she needs a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Many times unless she or I call they will schedule the ride with a non wheelchair access vehicle. One other big issue, is the cancel button on the app. If you are not careful when you are checking a scheduled ride, you will hit the cancel button and cancel the ride.

If this is your transportation company don't use them they will screw up your transportation and leave you suck having to find your transportation.

Terrible App. When I try to do a new ride on here. It never gets to my insurance company, even though the app says that its confirmed. That means I don't get any rides coming to my residence, and they tell me to stop using this app

Don't depend on the app for your rides you will find out the day of your appt no rider was assigned now if I can't get a ride a2c is going to pay my missed appt fee, or I can chance hitchhiking hopefully no one will hurt me. I'd give this app a 0 if I had the choice it put me in a bind
