Sometimes I do not perform a test as it may have been done at a hospital or doctor's surgery. The app does not allow me to enter a result where no test strips are used. As a result it is assumed no test has been done, which triggers alarms. Suggestion: allow data entry where zero strips are used. In the past the system produced a graphical display of past results. This historical record was interesting to see, but is no longer available. Need record of past results.

Works great. Sends the information I input for my Drs office without any problem. Then my Drs office contacts me as to what I am to do according to my info I sent.

UPDATE: Reached out. They said uninstall / re-install. Fixed connectivity issue for app. Cant say for the website. I've been using this service /app to report results since 2012. But whatever changed in the last couple of weeks, stinks. App won't load to report or order supplies. Website the same even if done on desktop. Can't report, can't order supplies. WHAT GIVES? This stuff is life-saving. Why are we messing it up??? 🤬

Records my INR results from my home machine and informs my Cardiologist. It can't get any easier than that.

The app stopped working for me following the June 2025 update. Since then, it has not been able to connect to my smartphone (Google Pixel 8a) and transmit results. I have had to call results into my cardiologist. It still is able to analyze my blood and determine my INR (I hope accurately).

Update changed everything. I cannot submit results for my patient. There's not even an option to do it manually anymore. I've paired the device to my phone to use the app, and it says it cannot transfer data. It is not simple to use anymore. Now I have to call the clinic to tell them what the results are. Might as well send this damn thing back after all these years of using it.

I Used to like it. It only asks how many test strips you use. It should ask how many lancets too. I am on a diuretic. Sometimes I use more than one Lancet for one strip. I have used as many as 9 Lancets before I got enough blood. I have 2 boxes of test strips and 4 Lancets it will not let me order more.
