Comments on Active Mid Devon for Android

★★★★★ Carolyn Thomas · Nov 20, 2025

Once I got the hang of it, it makes it easy to book an activity and avoids having to wait at the desk when it's busy; simply scan the membership card and in I go!

★★★★★ Steve Bryant · Nov 7, 2025

Excellent platform for organizing classes

★★★★★ Gl ln · Apr 17, 2025

Easy to navigate and much clearer than the previous app

★★★★☆ Kevin Moyle · Apr 17, 2025

I was already a member of mdl. Have signed to this new app, but it won't show a membership card ?

★☆☆☆☆ Luke Parker · Jun 13, 2025

It was so much easier to swipe your card to sign in for the gym instead of using this stupid app or having to go to the desk. Big step in the wrong direction

★★☆☆☆ Anne Greig · May 13, 2025

It was a really difficult app to download and use. Am assured it gets better with usage. Aqua fit and Swim fit could do with being in Swim/Pool AND classes.

★☆☆☆☆ Steve C · May 5, 2025

I only need this app to book a weekly class. As it doesn't allow me to pay online it is literally useless ☹️

★☆☆☆☆ David Gard · Jul 11, 2025

This app states that it does not encrypt data, which is unforgivable, but I'm forced to use It to access the center. It has an awful UX, where you have to log in every time, and the sheer number of clicks required to book something making the app horrific to use. I also refuse to give the app permission to change my system settings, so the app won't display my barcode at all, meaning I have to use the desk to enter the center. This app is extremely inefficient for both members and staff.

★★☆☆☆ Ruth Hawes · Oct 21, 2025

Membership card does not shoe up while using the app - means I have to manually clock in each time with a staff member. Cant use ema to log in as is connected to my children's accounts. Simple things but makes using the app so much more inconvenient
