Once I got the hang of it, it makes it easy to book an activity and avoids having to wait at the desk when it's busy; simply scan the membership card and in I go!

It was so much easier to swipe your card to sign in for the gym instead of using this stupid app or having to go to the desk. Big step in the wrong direction

It was a really difficult app to download and use. Am assured it gets better with usage. Aqua fit and Swim fit could do with being in Swim/Pool AND classes.

This app states that it does not encrypt data, which is unforgivable, but I'm forced to use It to access the center. It has an awful UX, where you have to log in every time, and the sheer number of clicks required to book something making the app horrific to use. I also refuse to give the app permission to change my system settings, so the app won't display my barcode at all, meaning I have to use the desk to enter the center. This app is extremely inefficient for both members and staff.
