Adherence

Adherence: SpecOps Performance

Adherence is not a standard workout tracker; it is a professional-grade tactical training ecosystem. Built for the modern operator and serious athlete, this platform bridges the gap between raw powerlifting strength and elite operational endurance. Adherence provides the strict architecture, telemetry logging, and biological pacing required to achieve peak readiness.

If you demand more from your physical capacity, Adherence delivers a mathematically sound, rigorous approach to hybrid development.

The Science of Readiness
True tactical conditioning requires managing the Central Nervous System (CNS). High-volume, random workouts destroy the CNS. Adherence operates on the Minimum Effective Dose (MED) principle, applying the exact stimulus required to force adaptation without accumulating systemic fatigue.

Core Systems

The Autoregulation Engine: This platform runs a proprietary algorithm that monitors your Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) against daily CNS taxation. If you hit failure, the engine autonomously down-regulates future loads to protect you from overtraining.

Tactical Engagement: Move beyond standard gym routines. Our programming mirrors the rigors of Special Forces selection, prioritizing neuromuscular efficiency and heavy compound loading.

Survival Clock Protocol: Accountability is hardcoded into the platform. A 48-hour operational countdown forces consistency. Miss a deployment, and you must execute physical penalty protocols to reactivate your manifest.

Service Record & Telemetry: Capture every variable. Log your lifetime payload (tonnage), track linear progression, and earn tactical rank classifications based on absolute work completed.

Distraction-Free Command Center: A brutalist, highly efficient interface designed for the gym floor. Execute the directive, log the telemetry, and extract.

Designed for the Elite
We have stripped away the gamification, the social feeds, and the noise. What remains is a powerful, uncompromising tool that respects your commitment. Stop guessing. Execute the protocol.

Download Adherence today and transform your training into a system of repeatable, elite-level results.

Recent changes:
Fixed the survival clock showing 00:00:00 during the final hour, bodyweight exercises being assigned a phantom 20 kg load, a possible lock-up on the penalty screen after switching directives, and large numbers overflowing on smaller screens. Switching directives now correctly restarts your survival clock.
