Junta is a nice consultant, he replied me even when he was hospitalized the last time, such professionalism is recommended. I really received a lot of viewership and inquiries from posting on their website as most consumers still prefer to use property guru as their main search engine when sourcing for houses. My last advertised house was sold within a month and got viewing and inquiries almost daily even past midnight seriously.

Very bad experience, the app hang on my Huawei p30 and crashes all my apps and hangs my phone. Only after uninstalling my phone is back to normal, can property guru technician do an upgrade on the revision on the app for better experience please. The agent net is totally not working.

Very lousy app with lots of bugs yet you exhort subscribers for yearly price jump. Can't even display or select type etc. for your expensive app and end up with using the desktop for editing ? I already verified the latest app on both phones enabled auto update regardless of phone type. Your app shd work properly for auto update not only manual uninstallation reinstall. Very bad response and support. Why make us pay inflated price for lousy app bad support you still can't fix your bugs promptly.

Please undo the 600-character limit for the listing description and change it back to the previous 2000-character limit. It is incredibly inconvenient and disruptive to us agents' workflow Anyone else who see this please leave a 1-star review as well to make sure that property guru notices this feedback and undo this change Other than that, app is glitchy with lots of room for improvement. We as agents spend so much on listings yet receive such terrible experience
