Horrible. It says it can't find my plan, so I called to confirm that I had the right member I'd number, and that they had my right birthdate, but it turns out that the app is just garbage.

11/24/2021 - Worthless App. Considering the kind of money a carrier gets for providing these plans, the fact that you can't even log into the app is really sad. No idea how the app works because in its current state it is truly unusable. If there ever comes a day when they use some of the millions of dollars they get every month to fix this app, then I will happily check it out and edit my review. Until then, just don't bother downloading this app. UPDATE 4/26/2024: Still getting Error @ login
