Basic app, nothing fancy to it...just simple & easy to use. But, is there anyway to make roadside assistance a digital option? Like... I can just log in, hit roadside & it can pull up my EXACT location based off my phone's location. If you guys could get that feature, this app would be great.

It shows me nothing about my coverage liability limits, It doesn't show my deductibles, I can't tell what's covered under the roadside assistance or if I have it, my ID card has nothing but my Vin # type of vehicle. I can't start to file a claim through the app, & you can't update any info on the app. Apps are to make life easier, but you still have to contact an agent to do anything. Your payment history only states what you paid, no starting premium, just the remaining balance. It's useless

Tried this in 2020, now doing it again with the same problem I did 8 characters one symbol one upper or lower case and one symbol. Don't tell me I have an existing account with wrong password. No I don't so how do you do this. Can someone please tell me how because I'm stupid.

I brought a car on the weekend and couldn't get it covered On most app. You can add your car than there close on the weekend, so I guess people that's insured with AIC can't buy cars on the weekends horrible.
