I've just gotten logged out for the first time. I can't remember what email I used. What should I be looking for in my email or text message to confirm I am using the correct account? As in who would the original confirmation message come from when I set it up. I can't reset without knowing what password I used. Other than this big issue, so far I've only had issues needing to close the app-nothing major like other reviewers.

I am changing my review to 5 stars. I purchased 3 purifiers, which are performing perfectly, but on initial setup with the app there were issues causing the information not to display properly for all the purifiers. I contacted support and worked with them, so they could understand everything that I was experiencing. Within a week they were able to resolve the issues, and now all functionality of the app reflects the status of each purifier. Thank you for resolving this quickly.

Since completing the app update on my Galaxy s23 ultra, I am unable to get my 3 units to reconnect. Shows they are no longer connected to the internet and can't get them to reconnect. Also, can't remove them to try and re-add them to the app since they aren't connecting to the internet.

Terrible. Cannot add more than one device. And even the one device causes the app to glitch. Spent extra money to get the "intelligent" option that's certainly not intelligent.

Feels useless to have an upgraded Wi-Fi version when the connection is super slow and doesn't update with the product most times. There's no numbers on the Particle Count reading chart still (why!!!!), so honestly I don't know if the interior of my house is higher than safe levels of PM2.5 or not. I have purchased the "dumber" versions of the AD and leave them on auto, and feel they provide more bang for my buck than the smart version. AD, please update your chart already!
