Nice and simple to use. The graphic EQ can be a little dicky when really trying to dial in an accurate eq notch. - PLEASE ADD IN A FEATURE TO DUPLICATE EQ PRESETS. - ADD IN 'Undo' and 'Redo' BUTTONS Currently you have to start from scratch on a new preset in order to have a second eq similar to a previous preset.

Using a pair of AKG N5 Hybrid earbuds with a Samsung S24 Ultra, and I'm not understanding the complaints or the hate. The Bluetooth connection is rock solid, the earbuds sound incredible, and the app works perfectly. Even the noise-cancelling works very well. I may change my opinion if I ever use the earbuds for a phone call, but right now I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Stellar, app for my first wireless headset just got a pair of akg N9 hybrid. App works grate for s23 ultra and no problems. Four out of Five star not bad., Hope for more upgrades in the app in the future.

App need serious work. When opened, it actually connects to headphones about 30% of the time. As others have noted, headphones will be connected and working perfectly. App will keep asking you to connect Bluetooth to headphones. Happens across multiple android devices, including my digital audio player. Pity, as the sound from earbuds are astounding.

Absolutely painful. I've tried numerous times and the App doesn't work. I don't know why nobody has fixed this yet. Last year the app was working when I first purchased these from the AKG website in the USA. And now after changing phones it does not work anymore. It wants to have location permission and then once this is set the app still doesn't work.
