App doesn't connect to Charge 6. Have a Samsung A51, can play music via Bluetooth, but can't link app to speaker!! Any tips - please

Bought 3 speakers because of their supposed great connectivity. Guess what, they don't connect because of the notoriously finicky JBL app. Zero response from customer service.

I downloaded the app hoping to keep track of my two clip speakers, but it only has clipped 5, why isn't the clip 4 and clip 3 on the app? I was really excited to have an app to control both if not near them, but I can't use the app unless I go buy a clip 5.

The preset equalizers are bad quality. Very bad. So bad it almost seems like a joke. I hope the speaker software updates don't create new bugs as well. But genuinely, there's not much the app is worth, other than to connect multiple speakers.

I'm connected to two different devices, and im having trouble discovering product to despite connected to audio! (I now have two speakers. They connected but will not connect as a stereo!)
