I use the JBL Party Box Stage 320 for my daughter’s club softball team and honestly this app has been awesome overall. We use it for walk up songs, warm ups, and team hype music at tournaments. The EQ settings and light controls are easy to use and make a huge difference. My only complaint is I wish the sound effects like the horn, booing, and clapping were better and had more sports-style options. Overall though, the app and speaker are amazing!

The Best digital party speaker ever built, I don't know why most users are not aware that nearly all other speakers are analogue. JBL comes with an app that can digital control speaker functions. Amazingly above the competition

Worst customer service. My party box started giving trouble 5 months after purchase and has been opened by Jbl service engineer at least 6-7 times. All complaints ware attended by their incompetent third party service providers during and after guarantee period who made my party box junk within one and half year. Do not buy JBL party box for karaoke purposes as mike connection and input connection has several issues including Bluetooth and power problems.

My jbl encore 2 essential speaker getting sound weaker after 15-20min. Of use at fixed 31% volume.I hope it's not factory deffect.
