I just took an account in an idea to use this bank services as I have Al masraf atm down my buidling. But it's a bad experience. Very first transaction of bill payment of 130 dhs using debit card is failed. Amount debited from account but bill not paid. When called bank support, it was simply a nothing to do response asking me to wait for 45 days to resolve and get money back. Till date, I used cards of many banks on Tiamat app but not faced issues, 1st failure is with Al Masraf cards. Very sad
