The only minus for me is that if you open a notification, it disappears then. There are cases when my child opens a notification, or I have not read it all, and I accidentally lose it without knowing the content.

Easy to find everything you want. Informative interface.

Just one more useless app. In the app your order has status "waiting" but the drug store workers say what your order declined. They are not interested to sell the goods online. Many times the drug stor workers had no idea what online order I mean, some of them don't know that app exists.

Seems that after one of the last updates the ability to add a credit card got ruined :(

Who did your last UX and design update? In 2021-2024 the app was almost perfect, you ruined all user experience. All the buttons are 3-4 times smaller, the basket is now on top and 3 times smaller (like WHAT?) and lots and lots of issues I can't even count. I feel like I am using 2011 app that never got updated.

The first order, maybe the last one, was awful, I have ordered as a guest, and I didn't see any data about my order, so I call to call center, then they told me that 2 of the items will be available the next day, I accepted to get my order with one day delay, but the next day I have got the canceled order notification... it is realy exhausting... Not satisfied from the whole service.
