I think the app is superb. I can generate tickets for any problem that I'm facing related to Alliance ISP. & At last they care about their all customers i.e. the lowest plan to the highest plan customers equal priority.

Worst experience. Please stay miles away from Alliance Broadband if you are using internet for your job or business purposes. Trust me, the connection gets disrupted in the middle of most of the meetings. You will need to save your work every moment since you never know when the connection will go. And if there is a single drop of rain, connection is gone. Please switch to jio or airtel Broadband if you are working from home, or need to attend meetings and presentations.

Unable to Login in the app even. Pathetic like the internet service Tried to register but it always saying the username already taken. Given new email ID again same. Tried to forget password saying email sent to registered email ID, but no mail received. We are almost 30 users in our apartment facing internet issue from last few days. No response from alliance. We are eagerly waiting for Jio Fiber connection. We decided to switch all of us. If the issue doesn't fix ASAP.
