No submit payment option, other app had no issues

My password has gone invalid twice in 3 days. I called customer support and Carla said there isn't anything on her end I asked Carla to simply send email to it department and Carla acted like she couldn't... I told her then I guess I'll just have to cancel card, and she said ok and dint care... horrible customer service!! If that's the way they treat customers it is a shame

Can log in through website just fine. App on phone? Not at all. Even changed password and logged into website with no issues and still getting an 'invalid login' response on phone.

Signed in on the website with no issues. However, the app absolutely will not let me log in. App really sucks can't enroll in online banking. I can't log in at all. The app really needs work. Hopefully, the app isn't any indication how bad the credit card will be.
