I found this app useful, helping me to focus on achieving my goals. I was able to create my own affirmations according to my situation or my goals. Using my own voice to record the affirmations is a very good idea, as if I traveled into my own heart and listening to what desires I want to achieve. Combining with the author hypnosis induction part, it helps me to relax from a stressful day and helps me keep focusing on the possibility of achieving my goals. The app is easy the navigate.

I think this app is really great! I love the fact that you can record your own affirmations, and I love all the choices you have for personalizing a hypnosis session. It's powerful! However, it needs to be fixed. There's a major bug where it doesn't let me write my own affirmations in the boxes (the words erase once I enter the affirmation). My sessions get randomly deleted when I close the app. Self-hypnosis is way easier with this app. I'm really grateful. But this need to be de-bugged!

This is android not apple android doesn't have itunes. Only apple has itunes which is IOS for iphonev not android. A Google account is what android uses this is so incompatible with android. Trying to force an apple product itunes to be used with a google product android which doesn't work because you have to have a apple ID for an itunes account. C'mon Devs,did you even think this through!?!?
