Comments on Enjoy Exercise Hypnosis for Android

★★★★★ Don Carson · Jan 4, 2022

I love this series they are great to sleep too. Even though this is called Enjoy Exercise. You turn it on when you're about to go to sleep, then you adjust the volume and setting (I like the babbling brook for my background noise) then you listen to a half hour of motivational speech and breathing exercises. I'm asleep before the first half-hour ends. Then I set the settings so the babbling brook plays softly in the background till morning. Try different one's, there great!

Good but needs a tweak. I use several of this brand app when going to sleep. Only thing they are missing is a delay timer. It starts too quickly, and I haven't had time to get into bed, much less start deep breathing. I'd love an option of delay timer with a 1, 5 minute or longer timer with gentle music until the speaking begins.

Good ap. Hopefully I will start exercising more, but it is very relaxing even if I don't get more exercise.

Can't skip boring intro, everything is disabled. I deleted it straight away

NOT A HYPNOSIS APP. Just a LOOOOOOONG audio commercial describing the $6 app!

★★☆☆☆ Helen Haydon · Jul 13, 2019

I think it's sneaky to put no price on your apps and then have incredibly reduced functionality. There is no option to skip the initial promo, no option to switch to sleep and no option to use the "hypnosis booster ". Other apps by Andrew Johnson or Glenn Harold have either free versions or paid ones with no sneakiness.

This is incredible this sounds like this a bimbo. Of course its La
