Get an error overtime I go to open it. Uninstall and reinstalled and still get an error. Same error I also get when clicking on any of their links in their emails. Frustrating!

Even as a licensed agent selling Altrua memberships, my claim was denied. The worst part wasn't just a huge hospital bill, it was the slow torturous process of Altrua reviewing the claim only later to deny the claim. BTW you will speak with foreign workers about the claim, the equivalent of a choppy answering service. All in all, the app is useless. Good luck.

Even if you have altrua health share, it says it's not recognized by the app provider. This app is useless.
