2026 Update - app still fails to show recordings even from heavy traffic days, even after receiving push notifications. Ive attempted to have this remedied by a tech. Failure. This is a poor software. 2025 Update - still leaving 1 Star for this app. Clips are inaccessible even though there has been motion and movement throughout the day. Cameras intermittent...some days they don't even work or show on the app. Inconsistent and unreliable app. For a home security this should never be an issue.

The camera is awful. My $30.00 trail cam works far better than this poor excuse for a security system cam. It consistently logs me out, so I don't receive notifications. I consistently cannot actually view the videos because they don't load. Doesn't matter how often I clear the cache. I'm planning on canceling my subscription to the entire security system just because of how bad the camera app is. And seems to get worse with every update.

With each update, something breaks that used to work. Latest break: there's now a zombie "camera" on my dashboard. Nothing gets rid of it. I wonder if the EU allows companies to sell monopoly- combinations (equipment locked into only one monitoring system). I regret investing in Lula. It was a mistake.
