Worst service, worst claim, they do not give you OPD claims. App frustrating and crashing while uploading docs. Negative experience. As it is employee's hard-earned money, how can you disapprove the payments done by employees for medical bills under prenatal OPD and dental OPD saying it is not covered. Have some sense a pre-Natal OPD is an OPD until person is not admitted it comes under OPD. Also Dental OPD is also and OPD. Clear your doubts first. How will you serve the customers well?

Very Disappointed. Apps is no use at all. I have taken digit motar policy and pay 525 premium which totally waste. Alive never pick the phone. No customer service, no support at all. All services are chargeable. Don't trap in this fraud. Worst and Scrap

Medical insurance claim process will get us stressed after submitting the prescription and bill, they are asking to go back doctor again to mention diagnosis details in prescription, this is first time I am hearing this kind of query from corporate tpa. It is better to save funds in investment for medical emergency instead paying insurance, and then we can spend our own money without any restrictions. Medical claim is scam and fraud and simply finding reasons for rejections.
