Amble: Step Counter & Race

Walking is the easiest thing your body will ever thank you for. Amble makes it something you actually look forward to, because your friends are doing it too.

WALK WITH YOUR FRIENDS, NOT WITH STRANGERS

An Amble is your group. Everyone's steps are ranked on one live board, all day. At midnight the board locks, a winner is crowned, and the trophy on their profile grows. No global leaderboard full of people you will never meet - just the handful who will give you grief tomorrow for finishing last.

YOUR STEPS, COUNTED AUTOMATICALLY

Amble reads your steps from Health Connect, so your phone and watch do all the work. No timers to start. No workouts to log. Just walk, and your number moves.

THE STEP WALLET

Every streak app punishes one bad day. Amble does not.

Every step you walk PAST your daily goal gets banked in your Step Wallet, up to 30,000. When a bad day comes and you fall short, those banked steps cover the difference and your streak lives.

Nothing is given to you. You cannot buy steps. You walked every single one of them - just on a different day. It is a savings account, not a get-out-of-jail card, and it means an illness or a long workday no longer erases a month of effort.

RACE YOUR FRIENDS

Challenge someone head-to-head and see who moves more. Set a group challenge with a target and a deadline. Every step counts the moment you take it.

SHARE WHAT YOU DID

Record a walk, run or ride with a live map. Post it with photos to a feed only your friends see. Hype theirs, they hype yours. No follower counts, no reach, no algorithm deciding who matters.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE

- Set a daily goal you can hit on a busy day, not just a perfect one
- Home screen widgets so your progress is one glance away
- A morning notification telling you exactly how yesterday ended
- Your day ends at YOUR midnight, wherever you are in the world
- Group chat and direct messages built in

AMBLE PRO

Amble is free, and the free version is genuinely useful - you can track steps, join groups, build streaks and bank steps without paying anything.

Amble Pro adds:
- Your Step Wallet spends itself automatically, so a missed day is covered while you sleep
- Unlimited Ambles
- Your full history, all the way back
- Export your recorded routes as a video

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions.

PRIVACY

Amble reads your step and workout data from Health Connect. It never writes to it, and never changes anything on your phone. Your data is used to show your own progress and to rank you inside groups you chose to join - nothing else. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from inside the app or at myamble.com/delete-account.

Start today. Not Monday, not the 1st. Your streak begins with the next walk you take.
