Works well for the most part but doesn't charge at the specified rate of charge at any of the points I've used. There's also very few, and I'm in Sydney, which is disappointing. Generally, the app is more the issue, not the chargers.

Had to find old phone to install. Ridiculous. App keeps crashing when you click on show charge session.

I really struggled to get a charging session going. Can't see anywhere in the app to scan the qr code on the charger. Had to manually search in the app for the charger and tell it to start charging. Also, I'm charging now and there is no active session to see (despite the app saying I'll see the active session)

Unable to launch this flakey app - kept getting error message then would not go past logo screen. Was relying on being able to charge at Am pol to continue my trip. To be prevented because the app wouldn't work (on any of our phones, apple or android) is ridiculous and leaves people potentially stranded. Just enable card payment please!
