I like to plan in advance when I visit a strange town, but many locations are only listed by specific road, with no town name. So search on e.g. Chester and nothing comes up. I avoid ALCOA car parks wherever possible because of how bad this app is and the lack of the ability to just tap a credit card. The last one I had to park at I couldn't pay as just kept getting 'network error' and the circle of death. Yet I could get on the Internet just fine. And couldn't get through on the phone either.

What's the point having an app where we can not make payment for Heathrow Airport T5 or T2 etc. parking on the app. And also it asks password again and again when you repon the app. App seems like a very cheap job also the customer service is not available. Let me when you have fixed I will review my feedback.

Worst parking app I've used. Poor design, won't let you enter the date, won't let you pay, so I had to drive away and find another operators' car park. Useless.
