Worst parking app I've used. Poor design, won't let you enter the date, won't let you pay, so I had to drive away and find another operators' car park. Useless.

Absolutely awful, by far the worst parking app. Ensure you set up a payment card on it before going to the station if using for the first time. Absolute joke

This app just doesn't work well in general, but the real problem is that it leads customers to believe that they have paid when they payment may not have gone through. A customer can do exactly what the car park suggests, receive no warning whatsoever that something has not worked, and ALCOA follows up with a PCN and charges GBP 100 (60 if paid within 14 days). Given the number of times this has been reported here, it seems safe to assume that they are fully aware.
