Updated: latest update has repaired the issue, now works fine! Used to work fine, closes now at point of payment. Very frustrating

******* SCAM. SCAM SCAM SCAM ****** *****DO NOT USE EXCEL CAR PARKS.***** Went to park my car paid then got hit by a parking ticket saying you haven't paid. I then sent evidence of payment in form of screenshots. Excel parking then said you failed to park in time, This was 15 mins after entering car park. There was about 3 people in front of me looking at machine you had to download the app enter a ton of details then pay.******* EXCEL CAR PARKS ARE A SCAM**** do not use!!!

Leave this car park now!! Or pay by phone I spent 15 mins downloading the app, setting up payment, only for it to be rejected. I promptly left the car park but had automatically been fined £60 And appeal was rejected even though I had photoed evidence I'd paid for parking Would leave no stars if possible
