Helpful for parking and no coins needed. However, the geotag for Nearest Parking isn't that accurate, and it can be hard to find the correct parking area. Also, the parking area codes are sometimes missing from the parking machine.

Start time is only available from 'now'. It would be better if there was some flexibility on the start time, e.g. a short time after parking before accessing the app and also to provide for a reasonable start time in the future before arriving to park.

What is "convenience fee" if paying via the app is the only option, and payment process is taking more steps and hassle than paying at the machine??

Disgraceful app. Alcoa are thieves. Paid for parking via app, Revolut was charged. Car was clamped for non-payment. Revolut still shows charge. Rang the customer service number. They say it happens sometimes when "banks take too long to approve payments" and that I'll get the money returned at some stage. Eur 125 release fee and told to appeal. Absolutely Disgusting.

App is useful, but it's frustrating that you have to relate different accounts for wallet, and then you have to pay Conscience Charges on top of the parking fee.

Such a great app for parking. Makes things so much easier. The only thing I would change is to add in hours, so I am not paying for a full day parking when I am only going to be an hour. However the app has logged me out, and I can't reset my password because it isn't sending the email for the password reset, so I am now locked out of my account.
