First parking fine went to wrong address, so I complained, and they reissued it and gave us chance to pay £40 discount being disabled dropped of at local hospital and got a fine shame on you don't know how people can sleep at night I had to wait for the prescription to be put up and by time I got bk to my car where my partner was waiting we got fined no empathy or sympathy for disabled people I'm totally disgusted there's people who park in disabled bays without disabled badges and don't get fine

It was a very good app until this morning it kept closing until I realized you have to delete your card and preregister it then it works fine

I set the app up when we arrived in the car park but then decided to pay when we left at the machine. About a minute after we drove out of the car park, I received a bank notification that Nexus had taken a payment from my bank through the app, so we paid twice for parking. We were only there an hour and a half and ended up paying £5.80! To contact them through the app I need car park code which I don't have because it's not on receipt, and I'm not in the city nowhere I was parked.

Forced to create account to use. I've used other apps that haven't forced me unless I want to. A farce whilst I'm standing in the car park underneath the sign like a lemon trying to install, input everything, sign up, wait for SMS code, add a vehicle to the list, find location, & pay. Doesn't have Google Pay integration, so I had to stand there and put all my card details in. Felt like I'd end up paying for longer parking just sorting this. + EXTRA "CONVENIENCE FEE" ON TOP OF CHARGE! What cheek!
