The android app has majorly improved in functionality in the past few weeks. The overall booking experience is much better, the only problem being that it's still hard to schedule a ride at certain times of day (even if you try to book in advance). However, this is because it's actually a great service and becoming even more popular as the app has improved. Also, a shout-out to the drivers, they are all awesome.

I am not able to select time for ride, usually it was giving us option to scroll the time and book for your upcoming traveling, but from last week option is not there anymore.so if I try to book ride app will only book for current time, and usually it says "no vehicles are available"

Update 20/10/2022, Trying to make a booking for tomorrow. Can't update pick up time. Just shows red exclamation mark and greyed out confirm details. What a useless app, at least for android. Upon accepting the booking, always shows that booking is no longer available. Tried changing the pickup time and confirmed, still the same error. So hard to make a booking. The service is quite appealing but not the app.

App won't let me log in, won't even ask me for username or password details. When I click 'continue with my at' it hangs tries to open a browser then gives error 'failed to log in, try again later' won't be trying again later. Very frustrating when trying to use the local service in south auckland.
