Indenting Mechanism: Streamlining the process of Indenting of medicines, including Local procurement systems, to reduce errors and delays. Reduced Risk of Expired Medications: By managing inventory effectively, healthcare facilities can reduce the risk of medications expiring before use, which can be costly and wasteful. Distribution and Logistics: Developing efficient distribution networks and logistics strategies to transport medicines from warehouse to healthcare facilities.
Main Features are : Indent status can be viewed with login which shows summary against indent received for particular directorate. Stock Abstract : This feature provide Items Ready Stock ,UQC Stock, Supplier Pipeline stock etc. Item Info: This feature provide whole information for any selected item along with stock status. Near Expiry : This feature provide information about near expiry items. Warehouse Indent Pending : With this feature indent pending at warehouse can be identified. Reorder / Stock Out : The items which are stock out and needs to be re-ordered will be displayed from this feature. Pipeline Stock: The items which are in pipeline will be displayed. Rate Contract : The items whose RC is valid and which are ready for acceptance will be displayed. Tender Stage : Tenders which are in different stages will be displayed.
