My opener was replaced under warranty after only two years of use. When we added the new opener to this app, it wouldn't delete the older one. Their support team - Rod is useless. He doesn't understand simple stuff and proposes to reset my opener to remove app level bugs. Not sure what level of competence is hired at this place, but it seems really low so far. App functionality is very poor as well.

Great app, when it works, but it quite often takes forever to connect. Another winter coming, and the dog, and I will be standing in the rain another year waiting to be able to open the garage door. Of all the apps I use this has to be the most frustrating one of them all. Huge, huge room for improvement.
