I have not seen such the worst service from a renowned Car Rental company, why would I need to write you for invoice in this digital era. It would have been generated immediately after completing the trip as other company like Makemytrip and other company do. My feedback is -Zero (No star) to Avis for their worst services, Car was pathetic, much of noises inside, so could not take comfortable journey. It is costly too without any extra comfort in journey.
