Their validation messages in the registration flow have hard to ignore typos like "valid" which doesn't instill confidence that they're the type of organization I want to trust with my health. Attempting to book an appointment gives a long spinner which ultimately logs you out with an error: "Error We are unable to process your request at this moment. Please try again later." Trying again later gives the same broken result. Very weak first impression.

17.2.26 2 years later, the app is far worse. The performance is so bad it often doesn't let me book appointments 2.8.24 There are too many clicks to log in and select a gp service. Really unoptimized. 2 stars for the app technology. The actual gp service is 4 stars, relative to NHS it is a million stars. Very prompt appointments and effective. Sometimes, I wonder if GPs have time to fully digest the notes you give, they could acknowledge the details input to make it clear. Thank you to the GPs.

Okay service, but the app is useless. Constantly crashes, never keeps you logged in, don't try copy and pasting your password from another app as it'll reset. I had to fill in the onboarding process for times before it actually saved. Getting a GP appointment was quick and simple - although the communication of next steps was poor and confusing for first users.
