17.2.26 2 years later, the app is far worse. The performance is so bad it often doesn't let me book appointments 2.8.24 There are too many clicks to log in and select a gp service. Really unoptimized. 2 stars for the app technology. The actual gp service is 4 stars, relative to NHS it is a million stars. Very prompt appointments and effective. Sometimes, I wonder if GPs have time to fully digest the notes you give, they could acknowledge the details input to make it clear. Thank you to the GPs.

Okay service, but the app is useless. Constantly crashes, never keeps you logged in, don't try copy and pasting your password from another app as it'll reset. I had to fill in the onboarding process for times before it actually saved. Getting a GP appointment was quick and simple - although the communication of next steps was poor and confusing for first users.

Video call didn't happen. Seems problem was GP end, as I was logged into the call waiting for the GP. The GP called my mobile, but as I was on the video call it went to voicemail, so GP cancelled the appointment, and I had to book another.
