I love the app I love the idea of being able to use my credit card to add I love the idea of bank pass lets me know if my account's low problem I have two accounts I just added a third to it, you pay $40 and get $15 in tolls and then when you register you're plate get a $5 bonus in free tolls I never received this I just purchased yesterday I went back I never received it for the first two either both have the same sticker on the pack I'm just wondering what I did wrong since? Thank you very much

I purchased this cash ez tag system right when they released it in Houston. I'm happy with the new update, saving the credit card/debit option. When you're running low, just press a few buttons to reload. They do give a chance to reload if you have gone over your balance. I've never gotten a violation. Also, it provides the scan code when you need to reload at CVS for cash reload option. I'd rather pay the $2 fee with a larger reload amount (debit card, & cash option), than deal with high interest on a credit card. Other notes: I recommend for someone who doesn't need the tag for daily use, but just to use it for convenience (high traffic, road closure, faster time).

Since Hurricane Harvey, my balance hasn't changed, and I drive the toll roads every week. The app hasn't shown any activity since July 16. Please help me out Bancpass!

When I first got the app it was working fine. However, for the past few months I have been unable to update my new credit card info or get the app to function how it is supposed to. It has been rather annoying and aggravating as I need to update my auto reload, and it won't let me. I have tried multiple cards and multiple different mobile devices. None of them have worked as Bancpass is always unable to complete the update. Please get this fixed as I cant use it and kind of need to go on toll ways. I have changed my review. However, I was only able to update into on my account through the app by using the 8th or 9th phone. The previous ones including my current phone I was unable to use. I don't write reviews often unless they are really bad or have changed dramatically. As previously stated I didn't have issues with the app until a few months ago. The issue is I shouldn't have to try multiple phones to update my card information. Thanks for the reply, but that issue needs to be resolved.

Since the ktag switch over for i70 to kc on cashless tolling. I've had nothing but problems with my bancpass. I loved it before the switch over on cashless toll. I've been blown off a few times by customer service about my concern. I do not have a bill with ktag and nothing has been charged to my account. I'm super fed up, I may just go directly through ktag themselves. Update: I wouldn't have come to a review to this but to warn others of the situation with the ktag locations in KS.
