Brilliant service, my Barclays app wouldn't let me open a savings account, so video called to try, I was 14 in the queue and it took about 10mins to wait. I spoke to a lovely gentleman face to face, who told me, some of my details needed updating to open an account, he sorted that there and then and then opened my savings account , so chuffed, thank you x

Not fit for purpose. Absolute waste of time. Zero chance of speaking to a video banker, app crashes the closer you get to the front of the queue. Tried multiple times same result every time. Would give a minus score if possible

Rubbish video banking! Tried this again this afternoon (17th Oct 2021 between 12 and 1.15pm) after being disconnected multiple times last time I tried - some months ago - on that occasion I was promptly disconnected each and every time that I reached the 1st position in the queue. Today I got from 14th to 10th in queue then disconncted. The 2nd time I got to "Connecting you to a video banker" But I did NOT get connected. Left to stare at that screen for ten min. until I gave up. Dismal service!
