This app was great while working through back issues, however I no longer use the app, but continue to get Push Mail notifications daily which I cannot turn off. It states that the permissions can be changed in the settings of the App, however the settings do not contain App permissions. Also, when I first started my program the app was not showing overall progress as it states it would, was only showing progress of the day and would show as 100% complete when I was done. Raised the issue with Peer Well, but it was never addressed. Giving 2 stars for the app because of the above. However, the prehab program itself was great and would have got a 4 star if it wasn't for the constant push mail and app glitches.
